- Present collections and products to clients with personalized service.
- Recruit and retain national and international clientele, developing structured client relationships.
- Proactively manage CRM data collection and maintenance.
- Ensure boutique presentation aligns with visual merchandising recommendations.
- Participate in stock management following internal procedures.
- Assist in preparing detailed daily sales reports with the store manager.
- Significant and successful experience as a Sales Advisor in the luxury fashion sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, proactivity, and strong team spirit.
- Sensitivity to art and design with a pronounced fashion and haute couture culture.
- Fluency in English and French; additional language skills appreciated.
Significant experience in luxury fashion sales.
