1. Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance the customer experience by delivering personalized service and maintaining store aesthetics.
2. Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective sales techniques and storytelling.
3. Promote omnichannel customer service by managing phone communications, handling click & collect orders, and facilitating remote sales.
4. Manage the movement of products from storage to the sales floor, ensuring efficient stock replenishment and inventory control.

1. Previous experience in a similar role or in luxury fashion sales or stock management.
2. Comfortable in a dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
3. Exemplary presentation and organizational skills.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

A minimum of one year of experience in a similar position within the luxury fashion industry.
