1. Manage the inventory and database of prototypes, ensuring accurate labeling and status updates.
2. Coordinate the flow of collections between the studio, press, and production departments, including transportation logistics.
3. Dispatch pieces to international press offices and handle VIP/press gifts.
4. Organize collection archiving meetings, manage packaging, and liaise with archiving service providers.
5. Facilitate the sale of prototypes.
6. Assist in organizing Maison Alaïa events such as fashion shows, press days, dinners, commercial trunk shows, and photo shoots.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Familiarity with Launchmetrics is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in the fashion industry is essential.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion, or related field.
