1. Create, verify, and maintain accurate information on materials and components within the ERP system.
2. Collect technical data and material swatches, and organize administrative documents related to customs compliance.
3. Develop, update, and monitor various departmental tools, including material stock files and follow-up tables.
4. Assist in managing purchases and supplies, eventually independently handling a set portfolio of suppliers.
5. Validate samples and prototypes with the purchasing team following order launches.
6. Initiate and monitor material testing processes.
7. Oversee material stock levels, ensuring consistency both digitally and physically.
8. Ensure adherence to schedules and follow up with suppliers as necessary.
9. Support the accounting process for material purchase invoices.
10. Participate in sustainability and raw material traceability projects.

1. Final-year student in a business or engineering school.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.
3. Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented.
4. Analytical skills, curiosity, and proactivity.
5. High adaptability and responsiveness.
6. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI is advantageous).

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships are beneficial.

Final-year student in a business or engineering school.
