1. Create, verify, and maintain accurate information on materials and components within the ERP system.
2. Collect technical data and material swatches, and organize administrative documents related to customs compliance.
3. Compile, update, and manage various departmental tools, such as the material stock binder and follow-up tables.
4. Assist in managing purchases and supplies, eventually independently handling an established supplier portfolio.
5. Coordinate with the purchasing team to validate swatches and sample types following order launches.
6. Initiate and monitor material testing processes.
7. Track material stocks, ensuring consistency between digital records and physical inventory.
8. Ensure adherence to timelines and follow up with suppliers as necessary.
9. Support the accounting follow-up of material purchase invoices.
10. Participate in sustainability and raw material traceability projects.
