1. Assist in the development and coordination of leather goods and jewelry collections.
2. Manage the reception and tracking of prototypes throughout the collection stages.
3. Aid in the preparation of creative meetings.
4. Maintain up-to-date collection boards and development tracking.
5. Conduct competitive reviews to inform collection construction and positioning.
6. Participate in the codification and setup of prototypes in the showroom.
7. Coordinate product flows and manage photoshoots in collaboration with photographers.
8. Assist in the creation of digital files and photo quality control.
9. Support post-showroom collection follow-up and prototype management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, or Business.
2. Strong interest in fashion products and industry trends.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently with dynamism and efficiency.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in a fashion house, particularly in product development or merchandising.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in Fashion Management, Marketing, or Business.
