1. Assist in the development and coordination of footwear collections within the Accessories Department.
2. Contribute to the construction of collection briefs.
3. Manage the reception and tracking of prototypes throughout various stages of collection development.
4. Prepare materials for design meetings.
5. Maintain updated collection boards and development tracking.
6. Conduct competitive reviews to aid in the construction and positioning of collections.
7. Participate in the codification of prototypes and assist in product setup for showrooms.
8. Coordinate product flow between image and press teams during photoshoots.
9. Assist in the creation of digital files and photo control.
10. Support post-showroom collection tracking and prototype management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, or Business (Bac+4-5).
2. Strong interest in fashion products and industry trends.
3. Autonomous, dynamic, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.

Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in a fashion house, specifically in product development or merchandising.
