Alaïa Product Development Assistant Intern - Footwear

1. Assist in the development and coordination of Leather Goods collections within the Accessories Department.
2. Participate in the construction of the collection brief.
3. Manage the reception and follow-up of prototypes through various stages of the collection.
4. Assist in the preparation of DA meetings.
5. Monitor the progress of development and maintain collection boards and follow-ups.
6. Conduct competitive reviews to aid in the construction and positioning of collections.
7. Participate in the codification of prototypes and assist in product setup in the showroom.
8. Manage photoshoots in direct coordination with photographers and oversee product flow between different shoots.
9. Assist in the creation of digital files and control of photos.
10. Participate in the follow-up of collections and management of prototypes post-showroom.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4-5 in fashion management, marketing, or business.
2. Strong interest in products and fashion culture.

1. Autonomous, dynamic, and organized.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Ideally, has prior experience in a fashion house, product development, or merchandising.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4-5 in fashion management, marketing, or business.
