1. Assist in the development and coordination of leather goods collections.
2. Participate in the construction of collection briefs.
3. Manage the reception and tracking of prototypes through various collection stages.
4. Aid in the preparation of creative meetings.
5. Maintain up-to-date boards and collection tracking.
6. Conduct competitive reviews to aid in collection construction and positioning.
7. Participate in the codification of prototypes and product setup in the showroom.
8. Manage product shoots and coordinate product flow between shoots.
9. Assist in the creation of digital files and photo control.
10. Support post-showroom collection tracking and prototype management.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in fashion management, marketing, or business.
2. Strong interest in product and fashion culture.

1. Autonomous and dynamic with excellent organizational skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Ideally, previous experience in a fashion house, product development, or merchandising.

Pursuing a Master's degree in fashion management, marketing, or business.
