Alaïa Press Assistant Intern

1. Manage international shopping send-outs and returns.
2. Liaise with international press offices across the USA, UK, Middle East, China, Japan, and Korea to address daily requests.
3. Conduct media monitoring and prepare internal press reviews, including weekly and thematic reviews.
4. Maintain the press showroom in an organized manner.
5. Participate in and coordinate special events such as fashion shows, showrooms, internal shoots, and trunk shows.
6. Engage in daily communication with various internal departments including events, studio, production, and accessories.
7. Record and classify media publications.
8. Update and maintain databases using Launchmetrics.

1. Previous experience in a press department.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and proactive attitude.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Familiarity with Launchmetrics SAMPLES and CONTACT.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

A minimum of one prior experience in a press department is required.
