1. Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize sales forecasts.
2. Assist in defining product assortment strategies based on market trends, sales data, and competitive analysis.
3. Analyze sales performance, product trends, and customer behaviors to provide actionable insights.
4. Develop dashboards and reports to track key merchandising KPIs.
5. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different reports and systems.
6. Provide insights to support pricing, allocation, and replenishment strategies.
7. Identify opportunities to improve merchandising processes through automation and data-driven insights.
8. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for better decision-making.
9. Work closely with buying, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment on merchandising strategies.

1. 3+ years of experience as a Sales Planner or Business Analyst, preferably in merchandising, luxury retail, or fashion.

1. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other data visualization tools.
2. Experience with ERP and retail analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Passion for luxury, fashion, and consumer trends.

3+ years in a similar role within merchandising, luxury retail, or fashion.
