1. Conduct creative research inspired by the brand's heritage, contemporary trends, and material innovations.
2. Develop design proposals for medium and small leather goods, including sketches, technical drawings, and 3D mock-ups.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to align designs with brand vision and business objectives.
4. Participate in materials selection, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and sustainability commitments.
5. Oversee the development process with the Leathergoods developer, ensuring quality standards are met.
6. Review prototypes with development and industrial teams to ensure design requirements and quality standards are achieved.

1. Robust experience in small/medium leather goods design within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software.
2. Deep knowledge of leather types, construction techniques, and luxury finishing.
3. Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Previous robust experience in small/medium leather goods design within the luxury sector is required.
