1. Conduct creative research, drawing inspiration from the brand’s heritage, contemporary trends, and material innovations.
2. Develop design proposals for medium and small leather goods, including sketches, technical drawings, and 3D mock-ups.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including merchandising and development departments, to align designs with brand vision and business objectives.
4. Participate in the selection of materials, leathers, finishes, and hardware, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and sustainability commitments.
5. Oversee the development process with the Leathergoods developer, working closely with suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
6. Participate in prototype reviews with development and industrial teams to ensure design requirements and high-quality standards are met in production.

1. Previous robust experience in small/medium leather goods design within the luxury sector.
2. Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.

1. Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software.
2. Deep knowledge of leather types, construction techniques, and luxury finishing.
3. Curiosity for new and sustainable materials.
4. Experience collaborating with suppliers, tanneries, and artisans to bring designs to life.
5. Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability, ensuring designs align with market needs.
6. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Positive mindset, good communicator, and able to collaborate with others, welcoming other people’s points of view.

Previous robust experience in small/medium leather goods design within the luxury sector is required.
