1. Monitor the footwear development program in collaboration with the Footwear Development and Industrialisation Manager and partner manufacturers.
2. Launch and oversee prototypes from initial design to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external manufacturers.
3. Continuously review costs to identify constraints or pricing issues and propose corrective actions.
4. Support the industrialisation team in product development.

1. Previous experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge of women's footwear.
2. Proficiency in PLM systems.
3. Ability to travel across Italy and to Paris, spending approximately 70% of time in the Marche region.
4. Valid driving license.
5. Fluency in Italian and English.

4. Project management skills to keep projects on track.

Previous experience in a similar position with demonstrable technical knowledge of women's footwear is required.
