- Assist in the development of a cohesive product offering in terms of collection structure and price/market positioning, with a focus on leather goods such as bags, small leather goods, and belts.
- Support the organization of showrooms and product photoshoots, coordinating with two interns.
- Participate in merchandising strategy by collaborating with the Studio and Development teams.
- Contribute to the creation of the Collection Brief, defining collection size and product needs by type and price segment.
- Monitor collection development in collaboration with product managers to ensure balanced collections.
- Update the PLM and merchandising tools for collection tracking.
- Conduct competitive analysis on products, offerings, prices, and currencies.
- Define and track retail price targets and prepare pricing meetings, monitoring weighted margins.
- Analyze accessory performance through weekly and ad-hoc sell-out analyses and end-of-showroom sell-in analyses.
- Manage pre-purchases in coordination with production and sales teams, defining delivery groups and overseeing product lifecycle in PLM.
- Participate in drafting the Showroom Brief and tracking sales and edits, disseminating information notes to sellers.
- Contribute to the creation of retail training materials.
- Support the Collection Coordination intern in showroom preparation, sample flow management, and purchase platform setup.
- Coordinate photoshoots according to the 360 activation plan in collaboration with the Image team.
- Assist in enhancing accessory presentation on the e-commerce site, coordinating with E-commerce and Image teams.
- 3 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in leather goods merchandising.
- Proactive, meticulous, autonomous, and adaptable.
- Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of the accessories market.
- Excellent Excel proficiency with a penchant for numerical analysis.
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
A minimum of 3 years in the fashion industry, with a focus on merchandising leather goods.
