- Define and manage sales and profitability objectives for all boutiques globally.
- Implement action plans by region, market, and store to achieve commercial goals.
- Analyze retail KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and implement corrective plans.
- Oversee boutique openings and relocations with a focus on exclusivity and profitability.
- Elevate the customer experience to an exceptional level, adhering to Alaïa's brand codes.
- Develop a highly personalized approach to customer relations.
- Supervise loyalty programs and management of Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Ensure flawless execution of storytelling and sales ceremonies in collaboration with training teams.
- Ensure perfect execution of retail operations, including merchandising, stock management, and back-of-house processes.
- Foster a culture of retail excellence based on rigor, precision, and attention to detail.
- Optimize retail tools, procedures, and flows to enhance efficiency while maintaining brand standards.
- Lead, inspire, and develop Retail Managers and field teams, fostering a sense of pride and belonging.
- Propose training, coaching, and skill development plans to elevate service and performance standards.
- Establish a managerial culture focused on performance, kindness, and customer obsession.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Wholesale, E-commerce, Image, Training, Client, HR, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of actions.
- Actively participate in strategic discussions on the evolution of the retail network, service, and model.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in international retail roles within the luxury sector.
- Proven experience in P&L management, commercial development, and network animation.
- Strong product sensitivity, aesthetic appreciation, and attention to detail.
- Natural leadership with the ability to unite multicultural teams around a demanding vision.
- Keen sense of performance, customer service, and operational implementation.
- Fluency in both French and English.
