1. Create, verify, and maintain accurate information on materials and components within the ERP system.
2. Collect technical data and material swatches, and organize administrative documents related to customs compliance.
3. Develop, update, and manage various tools essential to the department, such as material stock files and follow-up tables.
4. Assist in managing purchasing and procurement processes, eventually independently handling a set supplier portfolio with the team.
5. Validate fabric swatches and sample types with the purchasing team following order launches.
6. Initiate and monitor various material tests.
7. Track material stocks ensuring consistency both digitally and physically.
8. Ensure adherence to schedules and follow up with suppliers as necessary.
9. Assist in the accounting follow-up of material purchase invoices.
10. Participate in sustainability and raw material traceability projects.

1. Final year student in a business or engineering school

1. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong inclination for teamwork
2. Methodical, organized, and meticulous
3. Analytical skills, curiosity, and proactive approach
4. High reactivity and adaptability
5. Proficiency in English
6. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of Power BI is a plus)

No prior experience required, but relevant internships or coursework in purchasing or supply chain management are advantageous.
