Alaïa Intern - Product Assistant for Leather Goods & Jewelry

1. Assist in the development and coordination of Leather Goods & Jewelry collections.
2. Manage the reception and tracking of prototypes through various stages of the collection.
3. Aid in the preparation of creative meetings.
4. Monitor development progress and maintain collection boards and tracking.
5. Conduct competitive reviews to aid in the construction and positioning of collections.
6. Participate in the coding of prototypes and assist in product setup for showrooms.
7. Manage photoshoots in direct coordination with photographers and oversee product flow between shoots.
8. Assist in the creation of digital files and photo control.
9. Participate in post-showroom collection follow-up and prototype management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in fashion management, marketing, or business.
2. Strong interest in product and fashion culture.

1. Autonomous, dynamic, and organized.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Ideally, previous experience in a fashion house, product development, or merchandising.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4-5 in management of fashion, marketing, or business.
