1. Assist in the development and coordination of Leather Goods & Jewelry collections.
2. Manage the reception and tracking of prototypes throughout the collection stages.
3. Support the preparation of creative meetings.
4. Maintain updated collection boards and development tracking.
5. Conduct competitive reviews to aid in collection construction and positioning.
6. Participate in the codification of prototypes and product setup in the showroom.
7. Coordinate product flows between different photoshoots and manage shooting logistics.
8. Assist in the creation of digital files and photo control.
9. Support post-showroom collection follow-up and prototype management.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, or Business.

1. Strong interest in fashion products and industry trends.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.

Preferably has prior experience in a fashion house, product development, or merchandising.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
