1. Assist the Ready-to-Wear Department in the development and coordination of collections.
2. Conduct weekly analysis of product performance in the market, including Sell Out and Sell Through, and propose actionable insights.
3. Analyze collection Sell-in data.
4. Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in women's fashion.
5. Update collection tracking tools in alignment with strategic objectives.
6. Perform ad-hoc analyses on priority product categories for business growth.
7. Participate in the development of collections alongside the studio and development team.
8. Contribute to the creation of merchandising communication materials for showrooms.
9. Enhance the presentation of the product offering in showrooms.
10. Support sales teams during showrooms, providing briefings and ongoing assistance.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree.
2. Ideally, previous successful experience in a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills and ability to propose solutions.
2. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
3. Agility of mind, rigor, and autonomy.
