Alaïa Intern - Collection Merchandising Assistant

1. Assist in the development and coordination of collections within the Ready-to-Wear Department.
2. Analyze the performance of collections, including weekly market results such as Sell Out/Sell Through, and propose actions.
3. Conduct Sell-in collection analysis.
4. Monitor competitive environment and women's market trends.
5. Update collection tracking tools according to offer strategy objectives.
6. Perform ad-hoc analyses on priority product categories for business growth.
7. Participate in the development of collections with the studio and development team.
8. Contribute to the creation of merchandising communication materials for showrooms.
9. Enhance the presentation of the offer in showrooms.
10. Assist in briefing sales teams and support them throughout sales, especially during showrooms.

1. Student in a Master's program.
2. Ideally, previous successful experience in the field.

Previous experience in a similar fashion house is a plus.
