1. Design pedagogical solutions to support the global boutique network through multimodal training pathways, including in-person, remote, e-learning, and blended learning, incorporating innovative approaches to develop soft skills and competencies.
2. Develop and optimize educational materials such as interactive modules, impactful morning brief tools, role plays, videos, facilitation guides, and practical sheets.
3. Adhere to the training plan established by the Training Director, aligned with Retail and Wholesale priorities, focusing on selling ceremonies, customer experience, and product and collection expertise.
4. Support Retail teams in skill enhancement.
5. Monitor training performance and propose improvements.

1. Degree in instructional design, educational sciences, adult education, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in soft skills and/or management and leadership.
2. Excellent written and spoken French and English.
3. Creativity and strong writing and pedagogical skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of the Retail sector.
5. High level of curiosity and autonomy.

Minimum of 3 years in instructional design, preferably within the Retail sector, especially in Fashion and Luxury.

Degree in instructional design, educational sciences, adult education, or a related field.
