3. Coordinate with various service partners such as couriers and caterers.
4. Implement and monitor performance indicators and billing follow-up.
5. Ensure the maintenance and organization of workspaces and reception areas.
6. Conduct regular audits of cleanliness, layout, and reception standards.
7. Propose enhancements to improve employee and visitor experiences.
8. Lead and execute internal events, managing logistics and communication.
9. Implement and monitor recycling and waste management initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within a corporate or high-end hospitality environment.

2. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with autonomy.
