1. Manage and oversee service provider contracts, including quality control and adherence to specifications.
2. Supervise the reception contract, ensuring hostesses are trained and presentable.
3. Coordinate with various service partners such as couriers, caterers, and equipment providers.
4. Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and manage invoicing processes.
5. Ensure the upkeep and organization of workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas.
6. Conduct regular audits of cleanliness, layout, and reception standards.
7. Propose enhancements to improve the employee and visitor experience.
8. Lead and execute internal events, including planning and logistical coordination.
9. Facilitate effective communication before and after events.
10. Implement and monitor recycling and waste management initiatives.
11. Raise awareness among employees about sustainable practices.
12. Report and track sustainability performance metrics.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate or high-end hospitality setting.

1. Exceptional service orientation and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational capabilities.
3. Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

A minimum of three years of proven experience in a comparable position within a corporate environment or high-end hospitality sector is required.
