1. Monitor daily boutique reports and update weekly sales reports.
2. Track monthly sales performance of boutiques and compile competitor reports upon request.
3. Support the retail team with key analyses, including omnichannel insights and specific boutique performance.
4. Oversee boutique and market-level incentives.
5. Ensure adherence to key operational rituals such as monthly touch-bases and morning brief calendars.
6. Maintain and update boutique organization charts monthly.
7. Provide administrative support including purchase order management and vendor creation.
8. Manage reorder, refill, and shipment of non-sellable materials such as packaging and visual merchandising tools.
9. Ensure digital content is current and correctly formatted for all boutiques.
10. Assist the Retail Performance & Operations Manager with daily operational activities and managers’ meetings organization.
11. Support the development of retail tools and manage meeting minutes during store reviews.

1. Enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous internship experience in retail or operations is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
