1. Develop and implement international online and offline PR strategies.
2. Contribute to the annual communication plan and establish seasonal guidelines for external press offices.
3. Apply marketing animation strategies including PR actions, product pushes, collaborations, press releases, journalist pitching, and gifting.
4. Manage and oversee press offices in the USA, UK, Japan, China, Korea, Middle East, and Europe.
5. Supervise weekly press reviews and report on PR actions and VIP newsletters.
6. Coordinate fashion shows, previews, press days, interviews, aftershows, and various events such as store events and dinners.
7. Coordinate gifting and seeding campaigns.
8. Manage press coordination for special projects.
9. Develop influencer, KOL, and talent networks in alignment with the brand's DNA.
10. Define and apply digital activation strategies including talent identification, contact, guideline communication, gifting, monitoring, and reporting.
11. Organize meetings, manage fittings, and oversee loans in collaboration with the Celebrity Manager.
12. Participate in talent selection and styling for brand events, co-managing with the Celebrity Manager.
13. Maintain and strengthen relationships with talents, monitoring their activities in collaboration with the Celebrity Manager.
14. Oversee budget management, supplier handling, invoice processing, and forecasting.
15. Organize travel and manage agendas.
16. Lead a team of two permanent employees and one intern.
