Alaïa Collection Merchandising Assistant

- Assist in the development and execution of the accessories merchandising strategy.
- Conduct competitive analysis focusing on products, offerings, pricing, currencies, and communication.
- Update the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and other merchandising tracking tools.
- Perform weekly and ad-hoc sell-out analyses and end-of-showroom sell-in analyses.
- Participate in the organization and management of showrooms, including the preparation of wholesale buying platforms.
- Contribute to the drafting of showroom briefs and retail training materials.
- Monitor sales and editing processes, and disseminate informational notes to sales teams.
- Enrollment in a relevant degree program, such as Fashion Merchandising or Business.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough market and competitive analyses.
Previous internship experience in fashion merchandising or a related field is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
