Alaïa Collection Merchandiser - Ready-to-Wear

- Translate and promote the brand's product strategy to various stakeholders.
- Contribute to category growth by managing collections and analyzing sales data.
- Serve as a liaison between Studio and Commercial teams.
- Participate in collection briefing with the Studio.
- Conduct performance analyses, including Sell-In and Sell-Out metrics.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Validate product life cycles and define special projects and capsules.
- Conduct market visits.
- Develop collection plans while adhering to financial frameworks.
- Manage product categories to ensure balance and functionality.
- Create and update collection tracking tools.
- Support collection development with agile product recommendations.
- Participate in pricing strategy and define target and sales prices.
- Create sales tools for the showroom.
- Draft product descriptions for showroom support.
- Present collections to commercial, marketing, and communication teams.
- Define product delivery groups respecting key stories and production capacity.
- Act as a 'Product' reference in the showroom for teams.
- Recommend visual merchandising and communication activations.
- Coordinate pack shot shootings for showroom and e-commerce.
- Follow up on technical reviews post-showroom.
- Recruit and train an intern.
- Support team management and development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, including successful experience in a luxury fashion house within the women's ready-to-wear sector.
- Master's degree in Management or equivalent from a university or business school.
- Dynamic and rigorous with excellent analytical and adaptability skills.
- Passionate about fashion and sensitive to the luxury universe.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury fashion industry, specifically in women's ready-to-wear, with a proven track record of success.
Master's degree in Management or equivalent.
