1. Translate and promote the brand's product strategy to various stakeholders.
2. Contribute to category growth by managing collections and analyzing sales data.
3. Serve as a liaison between Studio and Commercial teams.
4. Participate in collection briefing with the Studio.
5. Conduct performance analyses, including Sell-In and Sell-Out metrics.
6. Analyze competitors and market trends.
7. Validate product life cycles and define special projects and capsules.
8. Conduct market visits.
9. Develop collection plans while adhering to financial frameworks.
10. Manage product categories to ensure balance and functionality.
11. Create and update collection tracking tools.
12. Support collection development with agile product recommendations.
13. Participate in pricing strategy and define target and sales prices.
14. Create sales tools for the showroom.
15. Draft product descriptions for showroom support.
16. Present collections to commercial, marketing, and communication teams.
17. Define product delivery groups respecting key stories and production capacity.
18. Act as a 'Product' reference in the showroom for teams.
19. Recommend visual merchandising and communication activations.
20. Coordinate pack shot shootings for showroom and e-commerce.
21. Follow up on technical reviews post-showroom.
22. Recruit and train an intern.
23. Support team management and development.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience, including successful experience in a luxury fashion house within the women's ready-to-wear sector.
2. Master's degree in Management or equivalent from a university or business school.

1. Dynamic and rigorous with excellent analytical and adaptability skills.
2. Passionate about fashion and sensitive to the luxury universe.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years in the luxury fashion industry, specifically in women's ready-to-wear, with a proven track record of success.
