1. Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs for the boutique.
2. Collaborate on quarterly action plans to deliver growth and reach targets.
3. Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting on sales, traffic, KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
4. Assist in team management to optimize performance and profitability.
5. Communicate and motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
6. Conduct team meetings and support the annual performance management process.
7. Champion clienteling behaviors to drive a client-centric business.
8. Elevate client experience in-store and out-of-store, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
9. Define objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation.
10. Leverage clienteling tools to achieve results and report on ROI.
11. Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
12. Monitor visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain brand image.
13. Supervise boutique back office and administration.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail management role is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
