Alaïa Assistant Store Manager

- Co-monitor the achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the boutique.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on quarterly action plans to drive growth and meet targets.
- Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting on sales, traffic, KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
- Support the effective operation of the boutique.
- Assist in managing the team to optimize performance and profitability.
- Communicate and motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Conduct team meetings and ensure staff are aware of targets and best practices.
- Support the Boutique Manager in the annual performance management process.
- Delegate operational activities and establish clear team responsibilities.
- Assist in providing training and coaching to the team.
- Promote clienteling behaviors to drive a client-centric business.
- Enhance client experience in-store and out-of-store, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
- Define objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation.
- Leverage clienteling tools to achieve results and report on ROI.
- Research and negotiate local partnerships to acquire a luxury audience.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Monitor visual merchandising to maintain brand image.
- Supervise boutique back office and administration.
- Ensure the boutique is properly maintained and take corrective actions as needed.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail management role is required.
