Alaïa Assistant Store Manager

- Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
- Develop and implement quarterly action plans to drive growth and meet objectives.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on sales, traffic, and stock issues, proposing corrective measures.
- Support team management to optimize performance and profitability.
- Communicate the Maison's strategy and motivate the team towards collective goals.
- Conduct team meetings and support the annual performance management process.
- Delegate operational tasks and establish clear team responsibilities.
- Assist in training and coaching staff to enhance boutique success.
- Champion clienteling behaviors to foster a client-centric business model.
- Elevate in-store and out-of-store client experiences in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Define and achieve client retention, recruitment, and reactivation objectives.
- Utilize clienteling tools and report on ROI to unlock business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all group, Maison, and boutique policies and procedures.
- Monitor visual merchandising to maintain brand image and boutique presentation.
- Supervise boutique back office and administration, ensuring accurate client database management.
- Proven experience in luxury retail management.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategic plans.
- Exceptional clienteling and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in retail operations and administration.
- Strong communication and motivational abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail management role, preferably within a high-end fashion environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
