1. Co-monitor boutique sales targets and KPIs, collaborating with the Boutique Manager on action plans for growth.
2. Provide comprehensive monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales, traffic, and other key metrics, proposing corrective actions as needed.
3. Support team management to optimize performance and profitability, including conducting meetings and performance reviews.
4. Motivate and communicate the brand's strategy and vision to the team, ensuring alignment with collective and individual goals.
5. Champion clienteling behaviors, enhancing client experiences both in-store and externally, and leveraging clienteling tools for growth.
6. Ensure compliance with all brand policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining the boutique's visual and operational standards.
7. Supervise boutique operations, including administration, visual merchandising, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to brand standards.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of boutique operations and clienteling strategies.
3. Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
