1. Assist the Product Manager with daily tasks related to knitwear and embroidery.
2. Manage the reception, classification, and follow-up of yarns post-trade shows.
3. Oversee yarn orders, stock levels, and lab dip launches.
4. Order and track swatches for material books.
5. Update collection plans and boards as needed.
6. Input data into the PLM system, including model sheets and nomenclature.
7. Organize launch files and manage the dispatch and receipt of parcels.
8. Receive and distribute prototypes and repetitions.
9. Support invoice tracking by reconciling with delivery notes and updating budget tracking sheets.
10. Organize and archive prototypes and samples.
11. Participate in studio activities and packshot shootings, ensuring model and reference accuracy.
12. Conduct occasional competitive analysis.
13. Conduct iconographic and technical research for embroidery.
14. Create artwork for trial launches and manage embroidery archives.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
4. Basic knowledge of PLM is a plus.

No specific experience required, but familiarity with fashion product management is advantageous.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Product Management, or a related field.
