- Co-monitor the achievement of boutique sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement business action plans to boost performance.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on quarterly action plans to drive growth and achieve expected results.
- Prepare regular reporting on sales, traffic, KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
- Promote clienteling behaviors and best practices within the team.
- Elevate the in-store and out-of-store client experience in line with the Maison’s standards.
- Define specific objectives for client retention, recruitment, and reactivation.
- Leverage clienteling tools to drive results and analyze ROI of clienteling and CRM actions.
- Develop local partnerships with personal shoppers, stylists, and other key actors.
- Support the Boutique Manager in recruitment, training, and management of the team.
- Delegate operations activities and establish clear responsibilities within the team.
- Communicate and motivate the team around the strategy and vision of the Maison.
- Ensure compliance with the Maison’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Supervise the boutique back office and administration.
- Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about competitors’ activities and trends in the luxury fashion market.
- Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and participate in local events.
- At least 5 years’ experience in luxury retail.
- Strong track record in sales, client development, and team management.
- Dynamic and inspiring leadership abilities.
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical skills.
- Expertise in delivering elevated client experiences.
- Solid understanding of the luxury fashion market and client behavior.
- Fluency in Thai and English; additional languages are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail with proven success in sales, client development, and team management.
