Alaïa Administrative and Financial Coordinator

- Assist the department in project management and track project schedules and deliverables.
- Manage departmental administration, including project calendars, budget tracking, and accounting oversight.
- Handle supplier and subcontractor management, including invoice processing, approval procedures, and payment schedules.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless communication and timely administrative follow-ups.
- Coordinate and manage internal tools such as SAP, Excel, and Adobe Suite.
- Assist in preparing financial status reports for ongoing and future store opening projects.
- Support store planning and visual merchandising by developing daily tracking files.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date library of materials and samples, including global and region-specific selections.
- Cultivate and maintain a database of potential suppliers, including sample selection, pricing, production timelines, and technical specifications.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- Agility and analytical thinking with a structured approach.
- Attention to detail and precision in tracking and detail management.
- Strong numerical aptitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Responsiveness and adaptability.
- Team-oriented mindset.
2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the luxury sector.
