Alaïa Accessory Coordinator

- Coordinate accessory photoshoots in alignment with the brand's activities, including showrooms, e-commerce, campaigns, and visual merchandising.
- Manage product listings and oversee the flow of products.
- Define shooting guidelines and ensure alignment with the Image team and other relevant departments.
- Participate in the promotion of accessories on wholesale platforms, Joor, and the e-commerce site.
- Oversee photo retouching in collaboration with the Image team and other departments.
- Review product descriptions and visuals.
- Manage product stock and inventory post-showroom with involved departments.
- Track the borrowing of pieces by various departments.
- Optimize stock of previous collections.
- Manage projects and events involving the accessory team, such as fashion shows.
- Anticipate operational needs for the team and manage scheduling.
- Provide ad-hoc support to collection merchandising through competitive analysis.
- Proactive and autonomous with the ability to anticipate needs and manage operational project tasks efficiently.
- Organized and meticulous.
- Strong stress management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
