1. Coordinate accessory photoshoots in alignment with the brand's activities, including showrooms, e-commerce, campaigns, and visual merchandising.
2. Manage product listings and oversee the flow of products for shoots.
3. Define shooting guidelines and ensure adherence in collaboration with the Image team and other departments.
4. Monitor photo retouching processes in conjunction with the Image team.
5. Oversee product inventory management post-showroom with relevant departments.
6. Track and manage the borrowing of pieces by various departments.
7. Optimize stock management for past collections.
8. Anticipate operational needs for the accessories team during projects and events.
9. Organize and manage the team's travel arrangements, including budget tracking and expense validation.

1. Proactive and autonomous with strong operational project management skills.
2. Organized and meticulous with the ability to handle stress and meet tight deadlines.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
4. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
