1. Manage the operational organization of custom furniture to enhance brand visibility at points of sale.
2. Set up in-store and window displays in alignment with corporate guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image.
3. Collaborate with local suppliers and trade teams to create cohesive in-store and window displays that support sales targets.
4. Assist in the development of visual merchandising tools and category management to elevate brand image and business.
5. Propose innovative merchandising solutions for the luxury beauty landscape while staying on-brand.
6. Ensure excellent brand representation at points of sale through scheduled visits to the wholesale and retail network.
7. Implement standard POS materials developed by HQ and create ad hoc materials as per HQ directives.
8. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales force and customer meetings.
9. Oversee event setups and support annual POS orders.
10. Control budget in line with forecasts.

1. University degree in Arts & Design, Fashion, Visual Merchandising, or Architecture.
2. Previous experience in merchandising or visual merchandising within the beauty industry is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
2. Knowledge of SAP system and IWD is beneficial.
3. Strong sensibility and passion for luxury products.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior experience in merchandising or visual merchandising is preferred.
