2. Execute the training action plan for local teams, including delivering training and retail coaching follow-up.
3. Identify and address specific team skill improvement needs in line with market objectives.
4. Share training practices and tools with headquarters and the global training community to ensure consistency and resource optimization.
5. Plan, organize, and coordinate all team training sessions.
6. Educate teams on brand history, DNA, products, know-how, and retail services to enhance client interactions.
7. Manage the full spectrum of educational activities and training budgets.
8. Serve as the knowledge reference for Acqua Di Parma.
9. Coach sales teams to ensure mastery of sales speech and selling ceremonial.
10. Focus on retail excellence to deliver extraordinary shopping experiences.
11. Monitor competition and recommend improvements.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training within the luxury beauty field.
2. Solid experience in classroom training and field coaching.
3. Proficiency in building local tools for in-store training and digital supports.
4. Strong business acumen and proactive approach.
5. Passion for excellence and innovation.

1. Experienced in using digital learning and clienteling tools.
2. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
