1. Assist in the operational implementation of the trade marketing plan.
2. Draft and dispatch animation and merchandising briefs to field teams.
3. Support the organization of in-store animations.
4. Manage orders for promotional materials and ensure proper reception, installation, and usage.
5. Create newsletters summarizing trade activities in the French market for HQ validation in Italy.
6. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark best practices.
7. Develop merchandising recommendations, including planograms and POS tools.
8. Monitor compliance with merchandising guidelines and brand image across sales points.
9. Prepare e-retail texts and product listings for e-retailers.
10. Coordinate clienteling campaigns and CRM initiatives.
11. Conduct social media competitive analysis.
12. Coordinate PR activities with the PR agency, including product seeding and interviews.
13. Assist in the preparation of launch events and press days.

1. At least one experience in a marketing or field role.
2. Business school education or equivalent.
3. Luxury sensitivity with a client and service orientation.
4. Knowledge of the fragrance and cosmetics industry is a plus.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with field teams and suppliers.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Analytical and synthetic thinking.
4. Good command of English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level experience in marketing or field roles is required.

Business School or equivalent.
