1. Serve as the brand ambassador on the Côte d'Azur, enhancing both local and international customer engagement.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enrich the customer experience and expand the boutique's ecosystem.
3. Initiate and manage partnerships and operations in collaboration with headquarters.
4. Ensure the boutique's visual and operational standards are maintained to reflect the brand's image.
5. Achieve monthly sales targets and manage key performance indicators such as average basket size and conversion rates.
6. Conduct market analysis and propose initiatives to boost sales.
7. Manage inventory, oversee restocking processes, and fulfill consumer expectations.
8. Lead and develop the sales team, fostering a strong team spirit and conducting regular performance evaluations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
2. Proven track record of successful management and sales experience in the luxury or cosmetics industry.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in management and sales within the luxury or cosmetics sector.
