1. Achieve sales targets across all product categories.
2. Foster customer relationships through active engagement on the sales floor, delivering a service experience aligned with the brand's philosophy and CRM guidelines.
3. Exhibit mastery in selling techniques to meet customer needs.
4. Serve as a brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with new and VIP clientele.
5. Maintain high standards in merchandising and brand image in accordance with corporate guidelines.
6. Adhere to retail operations procedures and HQ directives.
7. Utilize IT applications and systems, including the Salesforce CRM, updating with new tools as provided.
8. Create a unique customer experience, ensuring impeccable service, customer loyalty, and base development.
9. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the stock team for support.

1. Previous experience in the luxury industry with a customer-focused approach.
2. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to drive results.
3. Positive attitude, passion for fragrances, and team-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in listening and advising, with a penchant for challenges and sales.
5. Fluency in English; additional languages such as Chinese or Arabic are advantageous.
