- Assist the Area Manager Benelux with daily operations.
- Monitor and follow up on sales targets within the distribution network.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Benelux market for the brand.
- Create and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness.
- Support the growth of the brand in the Benelux market and assist with yearly product launches.
- Ensure optimal in-store execution of Acqua di Parma products at points of sale.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and present new product launches.
- Discuss sales figures and targets with stakeholders.
- Check assortments and visual merchandising at points of sale.
- Implement and develop tailored trade marketing activations.
- Conduct monthly sell-in follow-ups and provide ROI reporting.
- Implement new visual merchandising guidelines at points of sale.
- Follow up on sales forecasts, quotas, and inventory management.
- Create and manage purchase orders and track orders.
- Handle returns and ensure invoicing follow-up.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including training, field visits, and planning.
- Update customer databases and manage account movements.
- Oversee ad hoc projects related to administration and logistics.
- Manage customer communications and order processing.
- Genuine affinity for the luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of the Benelux market and fragrance distribution.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on improving effectiveness.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
Beginner level experience in a related field.
