1. Assist the Area Manager Benelux with daily operations.
2. Monitor and follow up on sales targets within the distribution network.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Benelux market for the brand.
4. Create and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness.
5. Support the growth of the brand in the Benelux market and assist with yearly product launches.
6. Ensure optimal in-store execution of Acqua di Parma products at points of sale.
7. Maintain relationships with existing customers and present new product launches.
8. Discuss sales figures and targets with stakeholders.
9. Check assortments and visual merchandising at points of sale.
10. Implement and develop tailored trade marketing activations.
11. Conduct monthly sell-in follow-ups and provide ROI reporting.
12. Implement new visual merchandising guidelines at points of sale.
13. Follow up on sales forecasts, quotas, and inventory management.
14. Create and manage purchase orders and track orders.
15. Handle returns and ensure invoicing follow-up.
16. Manage daily administrative tasks, including training, field visits, and planning.
17. Update customer databases and manage account movements.
18. Oversee ad hoc projects related to administration and logistics.
19. Manage customer communications and order processing.

1. Genuine affinity for the luxury goods industry.
2. Strong understanding of the Benelux market and fragrance distribution.
3. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
4. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
