1. Assist the Area Manager Benelux with daily tasks.
2. Monitor sales targets within the distribution network.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Benelux market for the brand.
4. Create and implement activation plans to enhance brand awareness.
5. Support the growth of the brand in the Benelux market and assist with annual product launches.
6. Ensure flawless in-store execution of Acqua di Parma's merchandising strategies.
7. Maintain close relationships with existing customers and present new launches during key periods.
8. Discuss sales figures and targets with stakeholders.
9. Ensure proper assortment and visual merchandising at points of sale.
10. Develop and implement tailored trade marketing activations.
11. Conduct monthly sell-in follow-ups and provide ROI reporting.
12. Implement new visual merchandising guidelines at points of sale.
13. Monitor sales forecasts and manage inventory.
14. Create and track purchase orders, manage returns, and follow up on invoicing.
15. Manage customer communications and update customer databases.
16. Oversee ad hoc administrative and logistical projects.

1. Genuine interest in the luxury goods industry.
2. Strong understanding of the Benelux market and fragrance distribution.
3. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving effectiveness.

7. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
