Acqua Di Parma Sales & Marketing Manager Benelux

- Define and implement the commercial distribution strategy for Acqua di Parma in Belgium and Luxembourg across both brick-and-mortar and e-business channels to achieve sales and qualitative targets.
- Review and optimize retail space, location, and online presence to maximize brand impact.
- Manage account profitability by setting targets, monitoring performance, recommending action plans, and ensuring adherence to payment terms and commercial agreements.
- Monitor and recommend optimal stock holding and range assortment.
- Negotiate and implement launch and promotional activities and ensure regular account staff training.
- Develop and implement local Marketing, Trade Marketing, Merchandising, and Training plans in line with international guidelines to deliver agreed objectives.
- Drive financial performance by managing P&L, budgeting, reporting, and KPIs to achieve targets, ensuring timely communication and proactive action.
- University Degree in Business
- Proven experience in sales management and marketing roles
- Genuine affinity with the luxury goods industry
- Good understanding of the Benelux market and fragrance distribution
- Business acumen and an analytical mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Results and P&L driven
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
Minimum of 5 years in sales management and marketing roles, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
University Degree in Business
