- Act as a brand ambassador for Acqua di Parma, promoting its heritage, products, and values to clients and colleagues while maintaining the brand's premium image.
- Drive sales at the stand and achieve set targets, including revenue and key retail performance indicators such as average basket size and attachment rate.
- Develop and retain clientele by providing exceptional sales experiences and high-quality service to both new and loyal customers.
- Ensure a warm welcome for clients, demonstrate attentive listening, present products with passion and knowledge, and make coherent proposals to each client.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance retail performance metrics.
- Energize and retain existing clientele by offering quality service and optimizing both physical and remote sales.
- Recruit and retain new clientele by applying the Maison's clienteling strategy and being proactive.
- Ensure effective stock management and communicate alerts to the manager.
- Adhere to the brand's merchandising recommendations.
- Perform administrative tasks and required reports.
- Comply with Le Bon Marché's rules, including punctuality, scheduling, and presentation standards, and collaborate with team members.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cosmetics or commerce.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the perfume or luxury sector.
- Sensitivity to luxury products and niche fragrances.
- Drive for excellence and goal achievement.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
- Team spirit.
- Organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
At least 2 years of experience in the perfume or luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cosmetics or commerce.
