1. Provide a warm and welcoming customer experience, demonstrating attentive listening and product knowledge to offer tailored recommendations.
2. Achieve monthly sales targets and enhance retail performance indicators such as average basket size and CRM card acquisition.
3. Engage and retain existing clientele by delivering high-quality service and optimizing both in-store and remote sales.
4. Recruit and cultivate new clientele by implementing the brand's clienteling strategy and offering innovative proposals.
5. Ensure effective stock management and communicate inventory alerts to headquarters.
6. Adhere to the brand's merchandising guidelines.
7. Complete administrative tasks and required reports.
8. Uphold stand rules including punctuality, scheduling, and presentation standards, while collaborating with team members and the Retail Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree in cosmetics or commerce.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fragrance or luxury sector.
3. Proficiency in English.
