1. Serve as an ambassador for Acqua Di Parma, promoting its heritage, products, and values to clients and colleagues.
2. Achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service.
3. Develop and retain clientele by providing exceptional sales and service experiences.
4. Ensure a warm welcome to clients, listen actively, present products passionately, and make appropriate recommendations.
5. Meet monthly sales objectives and improve retail performance indicators.
6. Enhance and retain existing clientele by offering quality service and optimizing sales.
7. Recruit and retain new clients by implementing the brand's clienteling strategy.
8. Manage stock effectively and communicate alerts to headquarters.
9. Adhere to the brand's merchandising guidelines.
10. Complete administrative tasks and reports as required.
11. Follow store rules, including punctuality, scheduling, and presentation standards, and cooperate with team members and the Retail Manager.

1. Bachelor's degree in cosmetics or commerce.
2. At least 2 years of experience in the fragrance or luxury sector.
