2. Welcome clients and participate in catering activities.
3. Develop store sales and achieve set targets, including revenue and retail KPIs such as average basket size and attachment rate.
4. Provide a warm welcome to clients, demonstrate active listening, present products with passion and knowledge, and offer tailored recommendations.
5. Contribute to weekly sales objectives and enhance retail performance indicators.
6. Play a key role in stock management and communicate alerts to the manager.
7. Participate in events tailored to the point of sale.
8. Build relationships and enhance the brand's value with partners and stakeholders in the St Tropez ecosystem.
9. Adhere to boutique rules, including punctuality, scheduling, and presentation standards, while cooperating with team members.
