1. Strengthen brand presence and communication.
2. Aim for operational excellence in brand expression.
3. Provide recommendations and propose animation plans for department stores.
4. Encourage teams to develop their ecosystems.
5. Define, deploy, and manage commercial objectives and KPIs.
6. Propose strategies to boost sales in retail spaces.
7. Negotiate annual agreements with retail partners.
8. Adopt productivity and profitability approaches by specific business units.
9. Animate, unite, and motivate retail teams, fostering team spirit.
10. Manage team leaders and support them in managing their teams.
11. Propose and manage incentives and bonuses.
12. Conduct annual performance reviews and contribute to employee development.
13. Recruit and integrate new employees.
14. Ensure an adequate and relevant internal and external training plan.
15. Identify and propose tailored training plans for each employee.
16. Develop skills through targeted training programs and on-field coaching.
17. Build, organize, and coordinate the training schedule for wholesale sessions.
18. Enhance the customer experience from POS to Point of Interest.
19. Promote a unique and unforgettable customer experience in coordination with Italy.
20. Successfully open the new flagship store and manage the second season in St Tropez.
21. Develop and renew the customer base and strengthen clienteling actions.

1. Expertise in retail with a preference for fieldwork.

6. Solid skills in CRM and clienteling.
7. Proactive, optimistic, curious, and resourceful personality.
8. Proficiency in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Hybrid working mode.
