Responsibilities
- Assist the Retail & Training Manager France in enhancing field team performance through sell-out and omnichannel service excellence.
- Monitor and update monthly and weekly sell-out performance tools.
- Analyze performance metrics and competitive landscape, including results, launches, and trade activities.
- Contribute to the creation of monthly Managers' meetings.
- Prepare and track POSM orders in line with Retail guidelines.
- Support the organization of Retail and training events.
- Create purchase orders and manage budgets for all sales points.
- Liaise with temporary staffing agencies.
- Manage expense reports and respond to store needs.
- Track profitability of sales points.
- Translate training materials and adapt educational content on brand, products, and sales techniques to enhance brand awareness and retail effectiveness.
- Distribute and update training materials.
- Organize training schedules and conduct training sessions, both in-person and via Teams.
- Manage and monitor the performance of the Yellow You training app.
- Provide assistance during training sessions, including setup and presentations.
- Handle technical management and follow-up on store issues, including internal works, system problems, and deliveries.
- Ensure technical requirements for new corners at LBM and Printemps Haussmann are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers.
- Provide sales support during key periods such as launches, Black Friday, and Christmas.
Qualifications
- Sensitivity to luxury, client-oriented, and service-focused.
- Knowledge of the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with field teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical and synthetic thinking.
- Good command of English.
- Rigorous and organized.
- Team spirit.
- Autonomous in project management.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level experience with a focus on luxury, customer service, and fragrance and cosmetics industry knowledge.
