1. Assist in monitoring and updating monthly and weekly sell-out performance tools.
2. Analyze performance metrics and competitive landscape, including results, launches, and trade activities.
3. Contribute to the creation of monthly manager meetings.
4. Prepare and track POSM orders in accordance with Retail guidelines.
5. Support the organization of Retail and training events.
6. Create purchase orders and manage budgets for all retail locations.
7. Liaise with temporary staffing agencies.
8. Manage expense reports and respond to store needs.
9. Monitor the profitability of points of sale.
10. Translate training materials and adapt educational content on the brand, products, and sales techniques to enhance brand awareness and retail effectiveness.
11. Distribute and update training materials.
12. Organize training schedules and facilitate training sessions both in-person and via Teams.
13. Manage and track performance on the Yellow You training app.
14. Provide assistance during training sessions, including setup and presentations.
15. Oversee technical management and resolve store technical issues, including internal works, system problems, and deliveries.
16. Ensure technical requirements for new corners at LBM and Printemps Haussmann are met.
17. Coordinate with suppliers.
18. Provide occasional sales support during key periods such as launches, Black Friday, and Christmas.
