1. Provide comprehensive support to retail and sales teams in daily operations, gaining deep insights into operational processes.
2. Act as a liaison for sales teams, including concession support and customer and sales data management and analysis.
3. Assist in planning, preparing, and organizing internal conferences and meetings.
4. Create out-of-stock reports and conduct evaluations and analysis of relevant KPIs.
5. Participate actively in forecast meetings, support demand planning, and maintain new product overviews.
6. Prepare presentations for sales rounds, including quantity proposals and competitive and market analyses.

1. Completed degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Initial practical experience, ideally in retail, sales, or training.

1. Strong communication skills and structured thinking.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Creativity in designing engaging presentations.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Ability to work independently, with organization and team spirit.
